Super Eagles assistant coach Salisu Yusuf will take charge of the country’s team for a 2016 CHAN qualifier against Burkina Faso when they open training camp in Port Harcourt on October 4.
The CHAN qualifier is fixed for October 18 in Port Harcourt with the return leg in Ouagadougou a week later.
The training camp for the game was originally planned for October 11, but the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have now moved it forward to allow the home-based Eagles more time to prepare for the CHAN qualifier.
Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh will join the training camp after the friendly match against Cameroon in Belgium on October 11.
